HOW IT WORKS

Retreat Circles are often transformative experiences for young people who are adventurous and curious. It is an ideal experience for those ready to dig deep into who they are, where their place in the world is, and how to create the conditions to fill this place in the world with knowledge and confidence.

The idea for Retreat Circles came about when I noticed that while Small Group Circles are definitely powerful, the downtime between meetings can slow down the momentum and the potential for transformation.

The first Retreat Circles are scheduled to take place in mid and late-2025 in Costa Rica and in Brazil. We would like expand the Retreat Circles to other countries in the Americas in 2026.

The fee for each Retreat Circle has a fixed part: the program expenses. This fee includes teaching materials for participants, Dr. Julia Kirst's fees and travel to and from the retreat location, as well as fees for any local support staff we may need. Program expenses are posted below. Please note that scholarships are available and will be considered on a case by case basis.

In addition to program expenses, each Retreat Circle has a housing expense fee. This fee refers to the cost of overnights and meals. Because these costs vary greatly depending on the country and region, and on housing and food options, these will be announced separately, as locations are firmed up.

It is possible to request a Retreat Circle with others you know. When a group, housing and food are set already, the only fee applicable are the program expenses.

At the time of this writing (May 2025), the first Retreat Circle is being planned for Brazil in July of 2025 and Costa Rica in August 2025.
